Bookings and refunds
The Festival accepts requests for ticket refunds up to 24 hours before the chosen event. The refund will go back to your method of purchase (cash or card) as appropriate.
We cannot refund the transaction fee which was charged by Ticket Tailor when making the booking. If you bought online and included a donation to the Festival, please specify if you would like that returned to you.
